新華社北京3月包養網27日電（記者郭宇靖）記者從北京市住房和城鄉扶植委員會清楚到，3月27日起北京市不再履行“夫妻仳離任何一方3年內不得在京購房”包養網的規則政策。這也意味著，今后離婚后購房將不再受離婚年限限制。
2021年8月，北京市住建委發布通知佈告規包養網定，原家庭在仳離前擁有住房套數不合適北包養網京市商品住房限購政策規包養定的，自仳離之日起3年內，任何一方均不得在本市購置商品住房。今朝，這一規則在官網的有用性為“已廢除”。
