新華社北京3月27日電（記者郭宇靖）記者包養從北京市住房和城鄉扶植委員會清楚到，3月27日起北京市不再履行“夫妻仳離任何一方3年內不得在京購房”的規則政策。這也意味著，包養今后離婚后購房將不再包養網受離婚年限限制。
2021年8月，北京市住建委發布通知佈告規則，原家庭在仳離前擁有住房套數不合適北京市商品住房限購政策規則的，自仳離之日起3年內，任何一方均不得在本市包養購置商品住房。今朝，這一規則在官網的有用性為“已廢除”。
